Terms of use

The rules for using this website. Entering an event has its own terms, with the registration provider.

Who these terms are with

This website is operated for Uplift Sports Limited, who run Triple Threat. By using https://triplethreatfitnesscomp.co.nz you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site does and does not do

This site tells you about Triple Threat events, explains the format, and publishes results. It does not take entries or payments.

When you click ENTER you leave this site for our registration provider, Barefoot Sport. Your entry, your payment, and anything that follows from them — confirmations, changes, transfers, refunds — are governed by that provider’s terms and by Uplift’s event conditions, not by this page. We do not control that site and are not responsible for it.

Event information

We work to keep dates, venues, times and pricing accurate, and they are drawn directly from our event records rather than typed into the page. Even so, details can change, and some are marked as still to be confirmed.

In particular, the start time shown for an event is the first wave. It is not a door time, and it is not when your team starts — teams are set off in waves and your own wave time is confirmed closer to the event. Do not plan your day around the first wave unless you are in it.

Where information here differs from what the registration provider or the organiser tells you directly, treat the organiser as correct and let us know so we can fix it.

Results

Results are recorded by judges during the event and published here. While an event is running, standings are provisional — scores are still being entered, zones are still being completed, and positions move. Final standings are confirmed by the organiser after the event.

If you think a score is wrong, raise it with the organiser. Scoring queries are settled by Uplift, whose decision on competition matters is final. We keep published results available permanently so competitors can find them again.

Using the site

Please do not:

  • Use the contact form to send spam, bulk messages or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading
  • Attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you have not been given access to
  • Scrape, overload or disrupt the site, or try to interfere with scoring during an event
  • Copy the Triple Threat name, logo or branding for your own use without permission

Intellectual property

The Triple Threat name, logo and brand belong to Uplift Sports Limited. The software behind this website and the live scoring platform belongs to Growth Medium AI and is licensed to Uplift. Event content and results belong to Uplift.

You are welcome to link to any page here, share results, and quote them with attribution.

Links to other sites

We link out to the registration provider, to social media, and sometimes to venues or partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your information.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, particularly on event days, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Live results in particular depend on systems that can be interrupted; if the scoreboard is unavailable, the results themselves are unaffected and will appear once service is restored.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using this site or relying on information published here — including missed entries, incorrect event details, or results being temporarily unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you deal with us as a consumer, those rights apply regardless of anything said here, and we do not attempt to contract out of them.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, dated at the top. This version is dated 5 September 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
