Teams of four · Three zones · Twenty minutes each
Triple Threat
Three zones. One team.
Four of you turn up. You get twenty minutes in each of three zones, with twenty minutes to recover between them. Every score goes up on the live leaderboard as it lands.
- Z1Strength
Measured in Kilograms
How much your team can move. Every kilo counts towards one number.
- Z2Cardio
Measured in Metres
Distance covered in twenty minutes. Split it between the four of you however you like.
- Z3Metcon
Measured in Time
The one that hurts. Fastest team through the work wins the zone.
Scoring The winning team in each zone gets 100 points. Everyone else scores a percentage of that. Get dominated in one zone and you still have two to claw it back.
Which one are you?
Two categories, and there is no wrong answer. Most teams pick Everyday and have a very good day.
Everyday
For people who train, not people who compete.
- You go to the gym a few times a week
- You have never done a fitness competition
- You want a hard day out with three mates, not a podium
Advanced
For people who came to win it.
- You train with intent and know your numbers
- You have competed before, or you are ready to
- You want the sharp end of the leaderboard
Both categories run Male, Female and Mixed bands — Mixed being two men and two women — so you are only ever ranked against teams like yours.
